Refunds
Digital goods cannot be returned once they have been delivered, so this policy says exactly when delivery happens for each thing Raybot sells.
Code templates
A template is delivered when its files are sent to you, once your payment is confirmed. After delivery, the purchase is not refundable — there is no way to return a copy of a file.
If you have paid and the files have not been sent to you yet, you can have a full refund within fourteen days, no reason required.
If a template does not work as its page describes, that is a defect, not a refund question: it will be fixed, and if it cannot be fixed you will be refunded in full, even after delivery.
Digital invitations
An invitation is delivered the moment it is published. After publication it is not refundable, because publishing is the thing you paid for and the link is already in your hands.
Before publication you can have a full refund at any time, for any reason.
If the invitation cannot be published because of a fault on Raybot's side, you are refunded in full.
Project work
The first payment covers the discovery and design that begin immediately, and is refundable in full within seven days of the quote being accepted, provided work has not started.
Once work has started, the first payment is not refundable. If the project is cancelled, you receive everything built up to that point and the final payment is not due.
If Raybot cannot deliver what was quoted, you are refunded in full, including the first payment.
How to ask
Use the contact form or the WhatsApp number, and say which order it is about.
Approved refunds are returned by the route the payment arrived on, within ten working days.
