What Raybot collects, why, and how to get rid of it. Short, because Raybot collects very little.

What is collected

When you write through the contact form: your name, your email address, what you wrote, and the budget range you selected. The form keeps nothing on this site: it opens WhatsApp with your message written out, and it reaches Raybot when you send it.

When you buy something: your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, the order, the payment reference and the transfer receipt you send. Payment is by OMT, Whish or bank transfer; there is no card payment, so there are no card details to see.

When you order an invitation: the details you send for it — names, dates, places, wording and photographs — kept to make it and to keep it online. Your guests’ replies are not collected: they go from each guest straight to your WhatsApp.

Statistics are aggregate and cookieless: the pages visited and the buttons pressed, never who pressed them. Real invitations, and your guests’ visits to them, are never measured. No advertising trackers are used on this site.

Why

To answer you, to deliver what you bought, and to keep the legal and accounting records an order creates. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Guest data on invitations

A guest’s reply goes from the guest’s phone to yours, on WhatsApp. The reply form on an invitation keeps nothing: it writes the message, and the guest sends it. Raybot never receives the replies.

A guest who wants to withdraw a reply asks you, since you are the one who has it.

How long it is kept

Messages to Raybot: two years, then deleted.

Orders and invoices: as long as Lebanese tax law requires.

Invitations and their photographs: while the invitation is published, and thirty days after it expires.

Who else sees it

The hosting provider, which serves the site and stores each invitation. The image service that stores and serves invitation photographs (Cloudinary). WhatsApp, which carries the messages. The statistics service (Plausible), which sees no one’s identity. OMT, Whish or your bank, for the payment you make.

No one else. There is no data broker, no ad network, and no analytics service that identifies individuals.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form or the WhatsApp number.

Requests are answered within thirty days, and usually within one working day.
