How does a project start?
A call, free, about thirty minutes. I reply to every enquiry within one working day; the fixed price and the date come out of that conversation.
How do payments work?
Half to begin, half when it launches. Bank transfer or Whish. An invoice either way.
Do I own the code?
Yes, once it is paid for. The repository is transferred to you and the hosting is in your name from the start.
