What the appointment form asks for, where your request goes, and what is kept, by this website and by the clinic.
What the form asks for
The patient’s name and date of birth, a mobile number, whether this is a first visit, how the visit is paid, and, if you want, a few words about the reason. The date of birth tells the form whether a doctor sees patients of that age.
Where your request goes
Nowhere until you send it. This website writes your request on your own phone or computer and opens WhatsApp with it typed in. You press send, and it reaches the clinic’s front desk like any other message. The website has no server or database of its own, and receives nothing.
What this website keeps
Nothing on its side. Your browser keeps the request in this tab, so it is still there if the page reloads, and forgets it when you close the tab. The website sets no cookies, counts no visitors and loads nothing from other websites.
What the clinic keeps
The front desk keeps your messages with your file, for your care and for nothing else, and only the people who look after you read them. You can ask the front desk to see, correct or delete what it holds about you.
Questions
Write to the front desk on WhatsApp, or ask at the desk itself: Sanawbar building, 2nd floor, Badaro Street, Beirut.
